Jim is the President/CEO of NorthStar Advisors Group. He has set his company’s vision, mission, and strategic direction based on his 36+ years of senior level experience in the insurance business.

Prior to starting NorthStar Advisors Group, Jim was in charge of sales growth and the P&L for several divisions at Blue Shield f California, including Large Group, Small Group, and Self-Funded/TPA divisions. Leading Sales Initiatives and Teams through profitable growth and market share expansion.
